A: Yes - you can sign up for eDelivery if you use our online system called My Portfolio+.

I need to make a withdrawal, how long will it take to get my money?

A: It depends on each individual situation, but in general if you are invested in mutual funds it takes 2 days for the trade to settle, plus 24-48 hours for the funds to appear in your bank account (if you have direct deposit set up). Withdrawals from a Registered account (RSP, RIF, RESP) may take a little longer, and special considerations for things like a Homebuyers Plan or RESP withdrawal can take 5-10 business days providing all of the paperwork is in order. If you know you are going to need to withdraw funds, please give us plenty of advance notice. This also doesn't take into consideration any holidays, which can further delay the disbursement of funds.
